deleting an icon
i downloaded an .exe file and i cant get rid of the item from my desktop it says access denid cannot move or delete file. Its a safe program so it not because of spyware.

i remember i had a program that that would make the item go away but i cant remember what it is

Try MoveOnBoot or KillBox.
