computer acting weird again

hey

my computer is not acting right because everytime i go on a site like myspace the pictures will sometimes come up on my friends list half the time the pics will show up and half of the time they wont so can u help me on that?

also everytime i do maintenance wizard when it gets to the disk defrag part it will freeze the computer when it gets to 10 percent so can anyone help me with that as well

For the defrag problem, boot into Safe Mode and run it there.

To boot into Safe Mode, as soon as the computer begins to start up, start repeatedly pressing and releasing the F8 key. If it starts beeping at you every time you press the key, you can stop pressing it.

That will get you to the boot menu where you can choose Safe Mode.

cool thanx i accualy have found out today that my computer wont show pics on any website like ask.com, myspace, etc... any ideas?

If you're using Internet Explorer, in IE go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab. Scroll down to the Multimedia section and make sure "Show pictures" is checked.

thanks for the reply but the box is checked already but no pics are coming up any other ideas
