IE question

I have a customer who is trying to access out website and you have to put in a username and password to get into this spot, but when he clicks there and types nothing comes up. It almost seems like it is blocked. Does anyone know what would cause this? I tried to clear the passwords and things in the Auto Complete??

Have you tried deleting TIF's?

Nope, but what do you mean by TIFs? just the Temporary Internet Files?

Sorry that was dumb, after i typed that I noticed the TIF=Temp. Internet Files... DUMB!! But no i have tried that yet.
