Problem with toolbars in IE

I had my browser open this morning and I got a message saying that internet explorer had encountered an error. When I reopened IE, my entire toolbar (the address bar, the entire file/view toolbar, all of the stop and refresh buttons, and all my added toolbars) were gone. I pressed F11 twice, and now the toolbars are back but in a completely different order and resized...I had this problem before and posted here about it and last time I was told to right click and unlock the toolbar...the only problem is this time all the things that show up when i do right click are unselectable, and there is no unlock toolbar that shows up at all, even in gray...how can I fix it?

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what IE looks like for you. Does it look like this?

To get the "Unlock Toolbar" and "Customize" menu, try clicking on that blank space directly to the right of where it says "Nintendo AM" in the picture. If that doesn't work, keep trying different blank areas of any of the toolbars except the bottom one, which is an addon.

Go to View>Toolbars and click on Unlock Toolbars there.

Do you have any software installed that allows you to lock Internet Explorer options? Spybot Search & Destroy has that feature, for example.

If not, download and then run the "REG.fix" file (download link is in the "Related Tip" box) from this page.
