Fleet Bank in Boston is running a marketing campaign for
the United Way on their ATMs. It features the slogan, "Put
Yourself In The Way," to inspire you to contribute to the
United Way.
While you're waiting for your ATM transaction to complete,
the screen displays a marketing photo of a disabled athlete,
muscular and smiling, in his wheelchair. Nice and wholesome.
Well, almost.
Beneath that man in his wheelchair is the caption, "He Put Himself in the Way."
