I am trying to help someone else out and it's way beyond me!
When I boot I get error message:
Windows 2000 root>System32\ntoskrnl.exe is missing or corrupt
Well, they never made an emergency repair disk. I tried to repair off CD and it keeps asking for the erd.
Is there someway to reinstall 2000 without losing the information on the drive?
Can I make an emergency repair disk off another computer and use that?
I appreciate any help you can give me.
