Error Message??/

I have another computer with Moble and Duron 4 1200 mhz with a 80 gig hard drive and 256 memory.
I'm trying to load Windows 98SE, but just when it begins this error message comes up 03AF:OCCA@*SUWIN. I can't get past it.
I replaced the ribbon for the CD-Rom, the hard drive and the 3 1/2.
Any help would be great.

( SUWIN caused a General Protection Fault in module <unknown> 03AF:OCCA@*SUWIN )

Is the CD drive known to be good? The CD itself is in petty good shape? I found this odd little note that this can happen if the date is way off on the computer... wierd.

I put another hard drive in the computer with Windows 98SE pre-installed and it works. Looks like my three month old 80 gig hard drive is toast.
