motorola USB modem

Man it's good to be back. (had to creat an new account though).

Anyways,
I have an motorola phone that doubles as an USB modem, like most do. Windows uses the motorola v26x driver for the phone.

I was wanting to know if anybody can find some info about getting this device to work with linux. (My own distro, but functions like mandriva). I have tried a google search but I got notthing, just ads. Anyone know a "secret" source for some linux info?

thanks
