windows re-boots?

Hi, can anyone tell me why my computer re-boots of it's own accord? it only happens after I boot it up first thing, and it only does it once?
any help would be appreciated.

It maybe something isn't loading right?
I would dump files I didn't need (temps.) run a scan disk and defrag. and see if that is of any help?
