no response by computer when i click properties tab

im tring to use kazaa lite and i just need to remove the firewall i know how to do it just my computer wont open the properties to my aol internet connection ive already tryed restarting my computer.i click the "properties" and "change connection settings"tab but it does nothing but sit there what should i do.





P.S. I have Windows XP home edition if that helps.

Are you logged in with Administrative privileges? If not, you probably do not have permission to change settings.
