The green light on the front of the Ipod shuffle is on, but steady, it does not blink.
The battery light on the back does not come on at all. I have definitely let the Ipod charge in my USB computer (Windows XP OS) port long enough. The device has worked before. My hard drive had to be replaced, but I restored the Ipod software. I wanna play my music ![]() ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED, THANK YOU! Chip |

I bought my IPOD Shuffle just in June of last year. It appears that they do not offer support after 90 days.
In any case, how do I get a new battery, to see if that is the problem. Thanks. |

Does anyone know if it is possible, and if so, how to replace the IPOD Shuffle battery? I don't know what else to do to get it to work.

I went to the local Apple store....The guy there simply cleaned off the connector that plugs into the USB port, and it worked! Do I feel stupid or what? But at least I'm happy and stupid
![]() Thanks again for the advice and help to all! |
