I have a problem, a few programs installed themselves when I ran an exe program, the result was a host of unwanted extras like...

SpywareQuake2
Trojan Popuper
SpyAxe
IntCodec
viruxz.dll

Can anyone help me to remove these incessant popups and anoying features?!?!?
