Are you trying to get the computer to boot into Windows or are you trying to repartition, reformat and reinstall?

Tell us more about your computer. What make and model? Is Windows installed on it?
If Windows is installed and it has booted up in the past, what happens when you turn it on? Does it display the Windows splash screen? Will it boot into Safe Mode? Did you install any new hardware or software right before it started having problems?
Do you get any error messages?

My computer IBM Aptiva was upgrated to Windows 98. One year worked just
fine. After moving i started computer and saw a diagram showing me that i have to put in a startup floppy disk. Then i did that and pressed f1. Then it gave me three choices and i chose to start the computer with cdrom support. Then it shown me to "type help and press enter". Then i tried the safe mode. But nothing happened it still showed to type something in the command line. I didn't install any hardware to it. It doesn't show me any error signs.

Sounds like you have some corrupted files and the computer thinks you are doing an install.
Do you have your windows install CD?
Is it windows 98 or 98SE?

Shut the computer down, unplug the power cord from the back and open the case. Check all connections to make sure they're firmly seated. It's possible something got jarred loose during the move.
When you plug it back in and fire it up, if you get the command line again, type "win" (without the quotes) and press the Enter key. See if it'll boot into Windows.
