Are you looking for a PCI adapter for a desktop or a laptop adapter?

Sorry it took me a while to get back to you.

THIS (http://www.pcimicro.com/.sc/ms/dd/Network%20-%20Cards--Other/5918/Zyair%20802%2E11b%20Wireless%20Lan%20PCMCIA%20Card %20B-120%20Retail%20Box) card will work with NT4.0 but note it works with a 32bit type II interface. Also note its a 802.11B so you won't get 802.11G transfer speeds over the network. So as long as you have NT4.0 and a type II interface that card should work.

Same exact story on THIS (http://www.pcimicro.com/.sc/ms/dd/Network%20-%20Cards--Other/5460/Link-Max%20802%2E11b%20Wireless%20Lan%20PCMCIA%20OEM%20 Version%20WE-302R) card.

I don't think you will find a 802.11G that will work with NT but I'm not 11% sure on that so if anyone wants to see if they can dig one up feel free.
