rundl32 help me pleaseeeeee

my 6 year old son some how with a bit of stupidity on my behalf deleted rundl32 so now i cannot run alot of my programs. i bought this computer with windows me already in it so i don't have the code or disks to reinstall windows if anyone knows how to fix it please help i am not very computer literate so bear with me
