I subscribed for a year and paid my £2.82 via Paypal over a week ago but I can't find the option to select a custom avatar and I'm still seeing banners. Am I being a complete plank or is there something wrong. I contacted support a couple of days ago but no response. Could someone tell me where the option for a custom avatar is so I can check to see if it's there. I've checked in the usual place (my control panel/edit my avatar) but all that is there are the bog standard selection. Any help would be appreciated and sorry if this is in the wrong place but I didn't know where else to post it, thx.
