i have 2 internet connections that i can utilize. 1 i can connect through my hard line, and another through wireless (my friends dorm down the hall) we are trying to find a way to utilize this. is it possible to send certain traffic in particualr (bittorrent ) traffic to 1 router while all other traffic to the other so we dont kill our netspeeds with our downloading?

Load ballancing with quality of service... you'll need a true router with link metrics to do it.

Probably wouldn't make a difference anyway,as both are probably
connected to the same ISP.

A home router will not be able to do this because it is a crippled single port router. A real router (to the tune of $1500) can take multiple links and give them priority metrics (costs) based on traffic type, usage, quality of service, etc so that traffic is directed where you want it.

ouch, there is no programs that can possibly just trigger based on ports its entering and exiting to which net connections. doesnt seem to be that indepth to where it would need a real router.

No. That would require a complete and total rewrite of the windows networking stacks which only knows how to use 1 default gateway. There are customized drivers for multiport network cards that can to some link costs and failover, not quality of service routing.
