Can someone point me to instructions on doing a dual boot computer? I would like to do a w2000 and a w95 dual boot. Thanks,

I think you better forget about that 95 or maybe 98 and w2k , or w2k and xp.

first of all do you really need win 95? may be it's worth to install win 98 instead. anyway, the first installed os must be win 95, then install w2k, and dual boot option you'll get automatically, or you can use 3d party boot loaders, i know good one from acronis, as far as i remember it's name os selector (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/diskdirector/multibooting.html).

What the?
bubbanm. Dual booting Win 9x and Win2k is very easy.
1stly, I will have to assume this is going to be on a fresh hard drive.
Boot with a Windows 95 boot disk. Run fdisk and create a partition for win 95. Do not use all the drive, make it 2 GB (plenty for Win95).
Install Win 95 (see our tutorials section if you need help with that).
Once you have a 95 system up and running, pop your 2000 CD in and the autorun will prompt you to install 2000 by either upgrading the 95 or doing a seperate install and it will allow you to install to the unpartitioned space and it will automatically create a boot loader to allow you to pick between 95 and 2k.
DELTREE and Jabberman - Care to offer an explanation why you both automatically judged that 95 should not be used without even enquiring why that was the OS required?

smurfy,95 is OLD and your can't get any new updates for it. If he/she want's to run it that is up to them.
