Looks like a McAfee gizmo... if so, it is supposed to rate websites by risk, like red means don't go there... here (http://www.villagegeek.com/Archives/WhatsNew/WhatsNew_7-06.htm) is a write up on it. If it looks like something else, we can look further, let us know...

OK, I downloaded it....I'll try it. I have McAffee anyway, so I hope it's safe.
