NIC Teaming

I have a pc running windows XP pro. Installed is an Intel Pro 1000 MT Dual Port Server Adapter.

I was to configure this adapter for failover. Our network has a failover network in a separate room. I want to connect one port to room 1 and the other port to room 2. So if room1 fails (port1) then the machine will resume connectivity thru port 2 (room 2).

Any idea's?
