cant upload .exe files
bitmap files are usually *.bmp. What you need to do is what Mr Bean said about Alt+Print Screen. Then click Start -> Run and type 'mspaint' (without the ''), then click OK. Once paint has loaded, click the edit menu, and click Paste. This will import your picture. Finally click File -> Save As. Make sure the 'save as type' box says: '24-bit bitmap (*.bmp;*.dib)' or 'JPEG (*.jpg; *.jpeg;*.jpe;*.jfif)' then type a name for your picture and click save.
Hope this helps

I use this method on Freewebs on a regular basis.
Press ALT & PRT SCREEN - this will copy the page you are looking at to your clipboard.
Go to your desktop and right-click the mouse. Go to NEW and then BIT MAP IMAGE.
At the top of the screen click on EDIT.
Then select PASTE. This will paste your page to the BITMAP file.
You can then save the image and upload it to your webspace.
If you need help uploading to your webspace then we can help with that as well.
Cheers

If you're going to be uploading an image to a website, you should choose .jpg instead of .bmp. The bmp files will be huge file sizes compared to a jpg.
