Question HELP please

Does anyone Know why theres an IRQ 16?

Also why are L1 cache and L2 cache not the same size?

I'm not sure about this, but I believe IRQ 16 and 17 are PCI bridges and are actually mapped to 14 and 15 using IRQ steering.

L1 is smaller so it is faster to access the most recent data and instructions.
