USB DEVICE/s HELP!

Hi all,

I was using my webcam yesterday and turned it off..when i turned it on again it said the device was already being used..it listed a few and gave me the option of disabling anyone i wanted...

i never read the name of any just randomly disabled one...now i see i have disabled the two usb ports on the front of my computer, only the usb port at the back of my computer works

how would i be able to go into my usb panel or whatever to enable the two usb ports on the front of my computer?

i have a scanner and webcam, so leaving it as is a no-no seeing i have to unplug the webcam when i need the scanner..better the way it used to be with two usb ports, one for each.

if anyone could help, that would be great!

Probably disabled in device manager... check this:
Right click on My Computer, choose properties. From the new window, choose Hardware tab. On that page, choose Device Manager. This will show you devices in an outline form. Look for USB devices with a red X on their icon. Right click on the device, choose Enable. If that isn't it, write back and we will keep looking...
