Smile How to send e-mails to 500 recipients

Hi,

I have Outlook and it does not let me send more than 50 recipients in a group at the same time.
Please help me I have to send information very frequently to these group and it takes time.

I don't think the problem is your outlook, it sounds more like your mail server has limitations to prevent spam from going out from their servers.

Hi Carmen,
It's really not such a good idea to send 500 emails at once. This is often interpreted by internet filters as a junk emailing, and you could end up getting your email address blacklisted as a spammer. It would be better to do 50 at a time and wait a few minutes between batches. I'm sorry, this is not the answer you wanted...

Did you know that 90% of all laptop repairs can be avoided by regular cleaning? Just take a can of compressed air and clean the ventilation areas, fans, etc. Your computer will run cooler with fewer problems.
