This problem can occur when a critical section object that is internal to a Windows Briefcase component may be deinitialized when a program is terminated, if Explorer is not the first process to use it. This component is invoked when a shortcut menu is created for a shell object, to verify whether or not the item path is owned by the Briefcase.
OK so what how do I fix it. Appears you have some system files corrupt and shortcuts try a system restore: Click the Start button.

i cant do System REstore!!! Every restore point i select, it goes to the REstore Page, my computer is restarted and them it says: "System restore failed!"
I notice that if i go to: Control Panel>System>Solution Problem and them to that TAB of the problem solver And i go to the page where its checked Disbale System Restore, and if uncheck, press apply and ok, and them restart my pc, i go there again and STILL its checked Disable System Restore...it cant be unchecked... Does that have anything to do with it---? Plz help |
