Talking Speakers are haunted

whenever i open any internet browser my speakers crackle and beep
but this only happens when something on the web page and the web page itself loads
even with flash movies
the sounds are like from old 8 bit video game like mario or something
i can turn off my speakers and theyll go away but then no music

please help

Did you know that 90% of all laptop repairs can be avoided by regular cleaning? Just take a can of compressed air and clean the ventilation areas, fans, etc. Your computer will run cooler with fewer problems.

Go ahead and give me the whole model number, something like VGCRA825G... something in that general format.
