Win2k Picture viewer

Does anyone know of a free picture viewer for win2k that works like that in XP? I used to have one but I can't remember what it was called. What I need is one that when I press a key (down arrow) it opens the next picture in the directory that the original picture I opened was. I don't like the way 2k opens the pictures in a browser window.
