I need to find a domain company that includes DNS, and takes a VISA debit card instead of a credit card or check. Are there any comanies out there that anyone knows about that takes VISA debit cards to order a domain name?

I would suspect that most, if not all, of the major companies would accept VISA debit.
Also, most, if not all, will have a control panel where you can edit the domain options.
I recenty registered a domain with http://www.123-reg.co.uk/ with my Visa debit card.
It has a full control panel for DNS, Nameservers etc.
