Windows protection errer

I just upgraded my PC and I put in my old hardrives and cd-rom. It then starts loading windows 95 to the point where you see the logo, but it then stops and gives the message "while initializing device IOS:
Windows protection error. You need to restart your computer." The computer then freezes and won't do anything. I also tried booting off a floppy but it give the message 'I\O error' If you have any answers they would be appreciated. THanks[null

I don't know what's up with the URL link thing not working so you might just have to copy that whole mess and paste it in your location.

Take out the "[url]" tags and it should work.

Im getting the same message on my pc to can some 1 please help me the microsoft site makes no sense to me at all.
