Hi guys,

I have an 1999 Acura 3.2 TL and it has a stock cd player that it comes with.

I really hate switching through different cd's for one or two songs from each cd's that I really like. And so I made compilations of my favorite tracks from each cd in an mp3 format, but it doesn't seem to read that either. I burned it in Real Player and they work with my other cars, but not this one.

So my question is - are there any specific applications for burning cd's that I can use to burn mp3's that will play on my stock car stereo? Something that is preferably a freeware.

Thanks for your replies in advanced, I appreciate all your inputs. :thrilled:

Hi aunggo,
Just a thought, but could it be that your car player is too old to play mp3s?My 2002 auto does not.

It has nothing to do with the application you are using to burn with, it's all about the hardware you are using for playback and what it does/doesn't support.
'99 Acura?
Should play CD-R OK but won't play MP3. Try burning as AUDIO CD.
You won't fit as many tracks on each CD (will only be 10-15 as per normal audio CD) but should play OK.
