Outlook 2003 Error
I can no longer receive e-mail through Outlook 2003. I can send mail. The error message received is "Task 'Home - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210E) : "your mailbox is temporaraily unavailable because another e-mail message is being delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server responded: -ERR box locked [INACTIVE]'
Any detailed suggestion would help. I use Comcast and I have been using Outlook for a while now with Comcast. I went to the Comcast website from my work computer and could not access it from there either. Thanks, Tom |

Just a thought can you recreate the mailbox from scratch?
Make a backup of your mail before that!

What is the best way to do this without losing any e-mails?

C:\Documents and Settings\sheldon\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
The folder should be here. Copy to another place. Local setting folder is hidden.
