How can I compress a 32 MB Excel file so that I can upload it to our intranet because it takes a long time to upload?

Or you can use a generic file compression tool like WinZip (http://www.winzip.com/) or 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/). These may not get as much compression as the above link (since it's made specifically for Excel), but they will work with any type of file(s).
