how to delete files in restore directory
After cleaning out a virus infection, there are several infected files lingering in C:\_Restore\temp that TrendMicro is identifying as infected.
The antivirus app cannot access those files. System Restore is currently disabled to prevent reinfection. How do I delete/remove those infected files in the restore folder? |

Hi bluewing - if you have disabled System Restore, once you restart, all the contents will be dumped. See Symantecs instructions here for disabling and re-enabling System Restore in WinME.

Thanks AnnMarie.
It worked as you said. Restore dumped those nasty little beggars. ***Slightly edited by Annmarie***
