Nice site look and layout, I love it.

I'd lose the splash screen, it doesn't serve any purpose and the enter button needs scrolling to find it.

As for streaming media you're always going to have a quality/performance compromise.

to be honest i was thinking about loosin that splash screen anyways, now it confirms my thoughts. thanks a bunch....

the site is being updated daily so please check back when you can and give any feedback good or bad as it helps me build a better quality site.

and steven do u think the site is ok other than the splash screen? no other comments or suggestions?

The only other major problem I can see is that I'm having to scroll to the right to be able to see all of the content (I'm running 1024x768) other than that it's hard to comment until there's some more content

im also running 1024x768 i only have to scroll down but that will happen eventually anyways as i add content?

I get a left-right scrollbar on all pages.

Another issue is that if I use text zoom in the view menu the layout is ruined, the navigation doesn't fit into the box

neat layout, but i'd recommend optimizing it to 800x600 instead of 1024x768, since many idle 'net surfers are in 800x600 or below even now. hell i run at 1280x1024, and i don't have IE on fullscreen, i have it open at around 800x600 myself, 'cause it looks more natural to me that way.
