sound is scratchy

I get a scratchy noise when i am playing different games. It does not happen on all games, mainly racing type games. I do not know how else to describe it. Any help or if I can give any additional info let me know!! THANKS!!!!!

I suggest you reseat the plugs to amplifier and speakers and soundcard

I was also thinking to not hit the brakes too hard, and to avoid curbstones
