Would it be really slow? I mean im on Windows 98 now and its really fast and i get no errors at all.

no way would I try to run 2K on 32Mb. NT4 is bad enough on 32MB. You will have enough ram (barely) to load your desktop, try doing anything else and you'll start getting problems.
