http://www.cybertechhelp.com/ubb/confused.gif Is desktop themes available in Win 95? Someone showed desktop themes to my grandson and put me in hot water.

Yes but they are not part of Windows 95 however. They are available in the "Plus" pack. I don't know if Microsoft still sells it though.

Personally I use "Plus" as well but there are free/share ware pakages available for download to manage desktop themes.

Good Call on that one Smurfy! I don't know why I didn't think of freeware theme sites. They've been around for years.

i had the same problem whanting to use themes in windows 95 i found that desktop architect works great and has microsoft plus built in so to make it easyer for people i put the zip file on my site as well as the dll file needed to run the program http://www.geocites.com/d_hanse50548/help.html (http://www.geocities.com/d_hanse50548/help.html) web page you can find the files needed for themes on my site with installation instructions :)
