Connection Problem [602]

Hi, How are you doing? I hope fine.

I am having problem making connection with my modem. When I try to connect on the Web, it shows:

" The port is already open" and then says "Dialing Eror."

Can you tell me how to close the port or what I need to do to make the connection?

By the way,
My computer's Com 1 is the serial mouse.

And Com 2 is the standard modem.

Hi,

This happened to me, but it's been along time ago. I ended up just deleting the DUN, modem driver and all. Then reinstalled everything. That fixed it.

Most of the time, this error should be cured by a reboot.

If it persists, use Ctrl+Alt+Del to End Task on rnaapp and reconnect.
