toolbars

This may be a very common problem I don't know. When I open IE (Win XP and pretty sure it's ie6.0) and have been connected for a while (10 to 15 min) all my tool bars freeze. I am still able to surf the net and move around by clicking on links but any pages minimized you can't click on to open and to shut the thing down you have to do ctrl, alt, del and shut down. Its frustrating

tell more about your computer, cpu, ram, harddrive size/free space available? Are you able to run other programs? or has the whole computer frozen?
