AOL Child Blocks

I really need some help with the AOL child blocks, when you got to add a page to the allowed list of sites the child can see how do you add all the pages of the site instead of just that page of the site so you don't have to add page after page on the allowed sites, and does any one know how to get around aol child blocks?
