allowing the popups I want to see

I recently got a new computer and now when I play Yahoo Games, I can't see the profiles of the players. I have the Yahoo and Google toolbars with popup blockers installed, but I don't think it's either of those, because it's not showing up as being blocked. I also have Norton Personal Firewall. Could that be the problem? If not, what is? I'm getting frustrated with not being able to see them.

usually all you have to do is to press and hold the ctrl key then click on the link you want to open in another window.
