Please Help! IE and Outlook Express Not Working~

Hi,

On my second computer i am unable to visit any web pages or access Msn and Outlook Express. On IE, i would enter in a website address and a Pop up Warning thingy would come up in the middle of the screen and say," Internet Explorer Could Not Open The Search Page", It says this with any Web addy i enter. My ISP said they are able to see that i am connected, but i am unable to go onto any websites.
