The answer to this might be a call to MS licensing........

I have a 2k server that has recently been wiped and reinstalled from scratch.

I deactivated the Terminal Server licensing ok and then reactivated it ok.

The problem I am having is with the clients. W98 clients are only getting a 90 day temporary license.

This would lead me to believe that the license isn't activated but when I try to activate it, Microsoft says that it has already been activated. Do I need to call them and have them "reset" the client licenses somehow?

On the server is there a way to delete the entry for that client?

On the client I tried deleting the registry entry under MSlicensing but still no luck.

TIA -

I'm sorry, I forgot to post the answer to this one. I ended up calling them and in about 2 minutes they gave me the new license. It seems like everytime I have to rebuild this machine I'll have to do this.....
