I got bored at work so I made this over a few minutes. Don't ask me why, I've never seen the show. The only info I have about it comes from Wikipedia.

VBScript, should run on any Windows machine. Rename numberwang.txt to numberwang.vbs, and execute. Let me know if there's any bugs, if you want a 2-player version, or if you want a talking version (yes, I can make it talk).

BM use I.E. to download and save it as a .vbs file to your desktop then open it.
