Question Internet Surfing Problem - Possible Hijacker

I've been having a problem lately in which i will be either surfing through a website such as Microsoft, Download.com or various others; and when i click a link i get this page:
http://img226.imageshack.us/img226/8...titled1rh1.jpg
This happens in Firefox as well as IE (Although i don't care about IE).
I've been told that this could be a browser hijacker. I've done full scans of my machine with the following programs:
Spy Sweeper
Ad-Aware
Spyware Doctor
Spybot Search & Destroy
Windows Defender

The scans picked up a few things each, i deleted the infections but this did not resolve the problem. Then i downloaded NoScript (firefox extension) this resolved the problem at the search feature on download.com but i ran into the problem soon after i clicked on a software link and now i don't know what to do next. It seems to happen more and more...

Any ideas and suggestions??? This has been going on for months!
