webpage will not load

I am trying to access a website I need to go to but my computer will not load it from firefox or internet explorer. I have spoken to others I work with and they have no problems accessing it. All I get is a server can't be found error. I have tried clearing all my private data and disabling my firewall. I don't know what else to do. I have no problems with any other sites loading. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Have you been able to access this website before?
Is it a secure website?
