IEplore & user exe Error message

Hello, Everyone: (oh, No, he's back on his friends pc now) I am using my friends windowsME and we keep getting this Error Message (couple times a day) >>> IExpore has caused an Error in User.exe, I Explore will now close! If Problem persists Restart pc!..... I saw ( I thougt a fix) for this somewhere, but i dont know where, any help us? Thanks, Tom

Here are some things to do. Update your video drivers.
Update Internet Explorer.
Run Windows Update & install security updates.
Download, install and run Ad-Aware (www.lavasoft.de).
Go here (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/html/misc/av.php) and run a virus scan.
