Do you have a link on your home page? If no, then go to on top of In. Explorer windows and find Tools>Internet Options then write a link on "homepage" then click ok. Then reconnect to Internet Explorer.

Are you saying that the page is not viewable untill you maximize
the Internet Explorer window? A link would be helpful as well.

When I am at desktop, I double click internet explorer icon. At the top of the screen I get internet explorer on left and right I have the three boxes one which is maximize. The desktop is still on the screen. I click the maximize icon and I go to Netscape which is where internet explorer is set to go to.

Hi rwarren - couple of options to try. Rightclick on the Internet Explorer Icon and choose Properties. Where is say Run, select Maximized and see if that helps.

If that doesnt work, try a repair of Internet Explorer. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel and click on Add/Remove Programs. Select Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and then click on the Add/Remove button. A dialogue box will open, offering you three options. Choose Repair Internet Explorer and follow the prompts.

Post back and let us know how you get on.

Not sure I understand what you are seeing, but try this....

Down in the lower left of your screen is the "Start" button. Right next to the start button, you should see a series of small icons. This is the quick-launch area. There should be an Internet explorer icon in that area (big blue "e"). Right-click on this icon and hit "properties" in the fold out menu that appears. When the properties box appears, look for the small window entitled "Run". There is a drop-down menu arrow there. Hit that arrow and select "Maximized". Then hit OK.

Now try opening Internet Explorer from your desktop....
