tool bars lost

help i have lost my tool bars with my pop up blockers on them. i have IE /GOOGLE/ ADVANCED /YAHOO tool bars but there lost my computer somewhere. the one tool bar i do have i can,t shut off pop up blockers. nor can i find a place to shut them off:dizzy:

try going to add remove and uninstall them then reinstall them.
