something wrong today

i cant seem to edit my post in cybersafety or preview.. the arrow spins round and round and then it flashes to a page not found page.. ??????
Is it just me i wonder or is anyone else having problems please

Clear your temp int files, close all your browser windows and go to a page you have been having probs with. Then refresh the page to be sure you have the latest page content. Then see if it works.
